RICS Home Survey Level 3

Formally the RICS Building Survey, RICS Home Survey Level 3 is a bespoke service, the inspection is comprehensive and the report will be tailored to the client’s requirements. It will usually include detailed information on the construction and a comprehensive discussion of all visible defects large and small.
RICS Home Survey Level 2

Formally the RICS Homebuyer Report, the RICS Home Survey Level 2 is carried out for the potential purchaser; the report is carried out in a standard format set down by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
The RICS level 2 survey can include a property valuation.
RICS Home Survey Level 1

Formally RICS Condition Report, the objective of an RICS Home Survey level 1 is about the condition of the property, the construction, defects, things that need further investigation and issues which may be hazardous to safety.
(We currently do not offer a Level 1 report as part of our services)
The importance of getting a home survey
On average, homebuyers spend £5,750* on repairs once moved into their new home. This is often down to not getting a proper survey done.
Your home is likely to be one of the most expensive purchases you ever make. So ensure you know as much as you can about its true condition before you commit to buy.
Remember: A mortgage valuation is for the benefit of your lender while a survey is for your benefit. An RICS Home Survey will highlight potential problems.
Surveyors with an RICS qualification work to the highest standards and are regulated to ensure your protection.
