RICS Condition Report

This standard report was recently introduced by the RICS as a cheaper option to the Homebuyer Report.

It is basically designed, following the same format as an RICS Homebuyers Report, however excludes a Market Valuation or Insurance Valuation (Reinstatement Cost).
